Bahari Agro, Flair Group's agro-products division, has completed its first structured B2B export shipment to a Southeast Asian buyer.
A measured beginning
The initial container shipped in early February against a multi-month framework agreement. The buyer relationship was developed over the preceding two quarters through trade exhibitions and a small pilot consignment.
What we learned
- Documentation and quality grading at origin were the critical-path items, not transit.
- The smallholder network responded well to advance scheduling and consistent grading standards.
- The container arrived intact with no quality claims raised.
We expect to scale this corridor through 2026 while developing complementary buyer relationships in adjacent markets.
